About the Founder
Natacha Fovel is the founder of Satellite Consultancy and works as an independent Global Health Policy Consultant.
With dual Master’s degrees in International Relations and Public Affairs & Lobbying, and over 11 years of experience across the biotech industry and the political sphere in Europe, she brings deep expertise in these interconnected fields.
In politics, she has managed political offices, led high-impact campaigns, and advised prominent policymakers on critical healthcare issues.
In the biotech sector, she has authored health policy papers, developed strategic communications for senior executives, and worked to advance healthcare innovation and open new market opportunities. She has also represented leading pharmaceutical trade association in discussions with public authorities to shape legislation that benefits all stakeholders.
This dual-sector experience has given her a comprehensive understanding of medical product life cycles, legislative processes, and policy dynamics at local, European, and global levels. She has also built a strong professional network, an essential asset in the field of health policy.
Today, she has decided to work as an independent consultant to focus on what drives her most: leveraging her background, expertise, and connections to drive meaningful change for patients, the industry, society, and the environment.
Natacha is originally from Belgium, she grew up in Brussels, at the heart of the European institutions. She now lives in France with her family on the border with Switzerland. Her consultancy is based in Basel, Switzerland.
